Great kitchen remodels start with great design. Our designers know the Long Island housing stock—from compact Cape Cods to open-plan colonials—and design around its constraints.
The design phase typically takes 2-3 weeks and produces a complete blueprint for your remodel. You'll see exactly what your kitchen will look like from every angle before construction begins.

An initial consultation (1-2 hours), detailed measurements, a layout proposal with 2-3 options, 3D renderings from multiple angles, a complete material selection guide, and a finalized plan with specifications for all trades.
Our design package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Most clients finalize their design in 2 rounds. Additional revisions are $250 per round.
The design fee is non-refundable as standalone work, but it's fully credited toward your project if you proceed with construction. It's essentially free when you build with us.
